Kaipo and Columbia Basin Exteriors were fantastic to work with. Kaipo was professional, courteous, and quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. Our roof was damaged after a hail storm and CBX did most of the legwork with our insurance company. When it came time for the actual replacement, they came out with a full crew and were able to get it done in one day. It looks great!We decided to go with CBX rather than a different company that most of the people in our neighborhood were using because they are a small, family run business and we felt like we would get more personal service and I feel like we did.
Wow. This company was amazing. Customer service was top notch. I was dealing with Brett and the whole process was so smooth and fast. Roofers were professional, I didn’t even have to take off my gutters for the job. Workers were very detail oriented. I’m happy to have new roof and it only took them 3 days from start to finish. Definitely would recommend these guys.
They repaired our roof after the hail storm that our area had. They were very quick with tearing the old roof off and putting on the new roof. The workmanship is excellent. The reason for the 4 stars is because their workers were slapping the shingles(in bundles) on the roof fairly hard which caused a few of our items on shelves to tip over or fall down. After telling the contractor what happened he resolved the issue and it didnt happen again. All in all, I would use their services again.
Chad was a godsend. He was helpful, courteous and friendly. They cleaned up the jobsite, did great follow up and was very responsive. Tell them you have animals ahead of time, so they make sure to keep gates shut. Communication was spot on. They helped with insurance woes and assisted with everything. Stellar. Highly recommend.
CBX was great to work with. They inspected my roof after a hail storm. Outlined the damage and worked with the insurance company to take care of the damage. They installed my new roof quickly and efficiently. Very attentive and professional staff. Kaipo was very good at communication and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. We experienced hail damage to our roof, gutters, garage doors and window screens. We called CBX to give us their free inspection. They came immediately and explained the amount of damage the hail caused. They worked with our insurance company and adjuster. CBX was professional, had quality materials, skilled and efficient roofers. The repairs were completed timely. We have had no problems. We highly recommend CBX without hesitation!
